A man is dead after being shot in the chest in Dallas early Sunday morning.
Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 700 block of Fabrication Street at approximately 4:56 a.m.
Preliminary investigation determined that a man was shot in the chest. He was taken to the hospital by Dallas Fire-Rescue but later died from his injuries.
The shooting investigation is ongoing under case number 157259-2026.
